Adult programme

We believe in life-long learning here at the Book Festival. Our wide range of adult writing workshops, creative masterclasses and 'writing business' events, offer inspiration and advice on all aspects of writing and illustrating. And if you fancy discussing the hot topics of the day then come along to our lively series of debates; have your say and listen to all sides of the argument.

RBS Children's Programme

There are loads of opportunities to learn in our fun-filled RBS Children's Programme. Many different countries are represented, allowing our audiences to explore other cultures, including a look at Catalan picture books and Patagonian fables, Japanese manga drawing and traditional African storytelling. Interactive fact-finding events butted up against explorations into our natural world, while heated teen debates nuzzled alongside creative workshops.
