Daniel Hahn translates literary fiction from Portuguese, Spanish and French into English. As well as being a writer, editor, and critic, he is a translation advocate: he is currently working on a project to bring more South Asian literary works to English-speaking countries. Today, Daniel will take you through the process of translating a piece of fiction, and the painstaking and exhilarating work behind finding the right words. This two hour workshop is for enthusiastic novices who want to improve their work.
