One of literature’s hottest art forms, spoken word depends on great poetry and excellent performance skills. Join acclaimed poet and performer, Courtney Stoddart, and World Poetry Slam Champion, Harry Baker, in this workshop chaired by Nasim Rebecca Asl. The session offers tips for developing your craft, advice on your rights as a performer and author, as well as exercises for honing your performance skills. This is a practical workshop open to any aspiring poetry performer and involves exercises in a group setting.
