When he was 25, critically acclaimed writer Oliver Mol’s life was derailed by a 10-month migraine. Unable to write and barely able to look at screens, Mol took a job as a train guard in Sydney. This inspired Train Lord: a sensitive and tentative rebuilding of his sense of self. He has since turned his story into an award-winning performance. Join Mol as he brings his fragmentary and powerful memoir to life. In conversation with Dan Richards.
