Richard Askwith and Sabrina Pace-Humphreys use running to aid their physical and mental health. In The Race Against Time, Askwith writes about the power of running discovered late in life during a difficult time. Meanwhile, In Black Sheep, Sabrina Pace-Humphreys discusses how running saved her life. Reflecting on her experience of rural racism, becoming a teenage mother, and her battle with alcoholism and mental health, she explores not only surviving, but thriving despite the past. In this innovative event, you can hear them in conversation with fellow endurance athlete Emily Chappell. There is also an opportunity (for a maximum of 24 people, for an additional charge) to take part in a special social run with all three in the local area at 10:00.
