There has been an alarming increase in mental health issues amongst young people. Mental health – especially youth depression – remains a difficult topic, clouded by misconceptions. In this informative event, experts Professor Stella Chan and Dr Alison Harper, clinical psychologists specialising in adolescent health, consider how to best support young people’s well-being, drawing on the words and writing of a teenager who lost her life to suicide.
