Chaired by debut author Yvonne Banham and Onie Tibbitt from the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, our guest panel discusses the steps writers can take to increase diversity, inclusion and representation in writing books for children, avoiding common pitfalls and the role of sensitivity readers.
