Where is the media zone?
During the Festival our media zone can be found on the ground floor at Edinburgh Futures Institute. Enter the building through the double doors from our courtyard and then turn left down the corridor. The media zone opening times will be confirmed nearer to the Festival.
How do I get a press pass?
If you would like to be sent Book Festival press releases, apply for press tickets for events, request images of participating authors, be invited to photography press calls, or arrange interviews with authors or members of the Book Festival team then you will need to apply for media accreditation (opens June 2026).
Where do photo calls happen?
Unless otherwise communicated, all Book Festival arranged photo calls will take place in the Media Zone.
