Are you part of a book group?

Make this August a special ‘Book Group on Tour’ meet up by visiting our Festival and enjoying our dedicated Book Nook space on Level 1.

You can book the Book Nook for 60minutes – perfect for you pre-event book discussion or post-event debrief.

Book your Book Nook slot

Times run from noon to 19:30 most days of the Festival. Booking is free and reservations can be confirmed on a first come first served basis.

The space is bright, accessible, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people for a relaxed gathering. You are welcome to bring food and drink into the area – just make sure to leave the Nook clear and ready for the next book group coming in.

Festival Bookshop Discount

Our Festival Bookshop partners, Waterstones, have kindly offered book groups who use the Nook a 10% on-the-day discount to the store, located in the Courtyard. We’ll send you information on how you can redeem this offer via email before your visitl. Please note, vouchers are valid for use in the Festival Bookshop and for one day only.
