Policies & Reports
We think it’s important that we share our key policies and useful reports with anyone who would like to see them. We’re keen to be transparent, and help people understand how we programme, how we consider fundraising, and how we approach sustainability, among other topics. On this page you’ll find a range of policies – some legal (such as our Privacy Policy and Sales Terms & Conditions), others which have been developed to guide our internal ways of working (such as our Ethical Fundraising and Environmental Policies). You’ll also be able to find editions of our Annual Impact Report, so you can see how we’re evolving, and some of what we’re achieving.
Each of the policies on this page are regularly reviewed and updated as needed. You can see the date that each of them was last revised at the top of each document.
