A Mexican writer and journalist, Lydia Cacho's courage knows no bounds in her battle to bring an end to illegal sex trafficking. In her shocking book Slavery Inc., she interviewed pimps, prostitutes and the women who escaped, and she paints a vivid and terrifying portrait of a trade that stretches from Mexico to the UK. In this event – which earned her a standing ovation from the rapt audience – she talks to author and broadcaster Conor Woodman, sharing the details of her passionate campaign to expose the appalling, sobering truth.
