Opening Gala: Repair

Celebrate the opening of this year's Festival in this special Gala event. We'll bring you a kaleidoscope of perspectives and provocations from a diverse line-up of stellar writers, including Najwan Darwish, Jenni Fagan, Amitav Ghosh, Rachel Kushner, and Cacica Juma Xipaia, as they each read a newly-commissioned piece of writing, responding to our 2025 theme of Repair. Hosted by Festival director Jenny Niven.
