Our Mother Tongues

To celebrate his inaugural year as Makar, Peter Mackay brings together poets working in Scotland today who showcase the range of languages being spoken and written in across the country. From English to Gaelic and from Polish to Arabic (and beyond!), this special event will weave together a tapestry of multi-language poetry, featuring performances from: Colin Bramwell, Roshni Gallagher, Niall O'Gallagher, Andres N Ordorica, Anne Pia, and Gabriela Milkova Robins.
