The Courtyard, Edinburgh Futures Institute

A large, tent style venue outside in the courtyard at Edinburgh Futures Institute.  Often the very best way to get up close to big name authors, the Courtyard Theatre features raked seating and hosts a range of in conversation style events. You’ll find many of our history and non-fiction events happening in this venue.

Events: A broad range of in conversation and some panel events.

Sound enhancement: We have sound enhancement systems (i.e. infrared and audio induction loops) in our theatres at Edinburgh Futures Institute. Headsets can be collected from the Box Office or you can connect to the loops with your own hearing aid by switching to the T position.
