Delicious Magic: A Table Talk with Ixta Belfrage

Growing up in a family with Italian, Brazilian, and Mexican influences, Ixta Belfrage has always had a fluid approach to flavour. Her latest cookbook, FUSÃO ('fusion' in Portuguese), celebrates the playfulness at the heart of Brazilian cuisine. Today, join Belfrage - Ottolenghi Test Kitchen alum, and author of the celebrated Mezcla - as she chats about the bold flavours of her mother's homeland, bringing them to life in a cookery demonstration that will both inspire and embolden you in the kitchen.
