One of the UK’s best-loved food writers, Diana Henry (author of How to Eat a Peach and A Bird in the Hand, among many beloved Telegraph features) joins us with a new edition of the cookbook that started it all: Crazy Water, Pickled Lemons. Hear her share stories with Times restaurant critic Chitra Ramaswamy, unpacking the aromatic Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and North African dishes that inspired the book – which you can sample yourself today. 

Ticket includes: a welcome drink and a delicious food taster.
