Harry Josephine Giles & Malin Lewis: Future Traditions for Queer Scotland

Join us for a dazzling celebration of Unco, a new LGBT+ Scots lexicon. Harry Josephine Giles and Malin Lewis present a unique spoken word and music performance, blending old and new language and sounds to explore queer identities and histories. After the performance, a discussion with the artists delves further into their creative process and explores the Unco project’s potential to connect Scottish tradition with ideas that boldly face the future. The development of the performance was supported by Edinburgh Futures Institute.
