Mark Haddon: Curious, Different, Human

Mark Haddon, who gave us the genre-defying The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, has always thought outside the box. That's especially true of his latest collection of stories, Dogs and Monsters: eclectic retellings of Greek myths wherein the ancient speaks to the contemporary. In conversation with Chris Power, Haddon asks what it is that makes some stories, myths, and parables persevere (and adapt) across millennia.
